Vendor Market

Event Dates: Saturday, June 20th & Sunday, June 21st

Event Time: 10 am to 4 pm

Set up begins at 8 am on day of event

Cost is $ 25/booth per day

 (Example: 1 booth for both days = $ 50, 2 booths for both days = $ 100)

Booth locations are indoor and outdoor. Indoor booth sizes are 10 ft x 10 ft includes one 6 ft table and 2 chairs. Outdoor booth sizes are 12 ft x12 ft includes one 6 ft table. All vendors must provide their own tent/canopy if outdoor space is requested. Vendor locations will be allocated by event organizers.

INSURANCE

 ALL Vendors must have comprehensive general liability insurance with limited not less than $ 2,000,000 naming, as additional insured parties:

a. Onaping Falls Recreation Committee Inc. (23 Wickwas Street, Onaping, ON P0M 2R0)

b. City of Greater Sudbury (79 Main St. W., Dowling, ON P0M 1R0)

Vendor must provide Onaping Falls Summer Fest with a Certificate of Insurance one week prior to the event. Options for insurance coverage will be provided with your registration confirmation.

Due to limited space available for this event, we will only be accepting a limited amount of vendors. Successful applicants will be confirmed by email of their acceptance into the Vendor Fair and to finalize their spot. No duplicate vendors will be accepted.
